About Advanced Hardwood Systems

Established in 2002, Advanced Hardwood Systems, Inc. continues to be a family owned and operated business in the greater Salt Lake region. We are licensed, insured and a member of the Better Business Bureau.

Advanced Hardwood Systems Inc. was started by Eric Torgersen in 2003. Eric was dissatisfied with the inefficient and dirty sanding process that had become the norm in the hardwood floor industry. Eric worked directly with a manufacturing company to develop a high powered vacuum system that removes the dust from your home during the sanding process. This eliminates the need for masking, taping, and venting when you use our dust free system.
